When your order is placed for in stock items your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days Via UPS.
(During the holiday season this time will be extended due to an increase in orders)
Once you receive tracking, please allow 24 hrs for tracking information to update.
Due to covid-19 and staffing shortages with couriers you may experience some delays depending on where you are located. Please contact the couriers for updates if you are experiencing a delay. If your package is marked as arriving late you must contact UPS for any updates on delivery. We cannot provide any updated information
We do not offer any refunds on shipping due to carrier delays. Once items ship
Pre-ordered Bags will ship in 3-4 weeks this does not include weekends. if you happen to place a preorder along with an in-stock product these items will ship all together. We will not double ship items unless customer would like to pay for the additional shipping costs.
Please double check your shipping information before checking out. We cannot change any addresses. If you need to change the enter address the order will have to refunded and place again using the correct information.
Damaged Claims:: If you receive a damage item/wrong item in the mail, we will request photos before sending out a paid return label to exchange or refund the item. All claims of damage the items MUST be mailed back in order for a new item to ship. Under no circumstances will the customer KEEP the item and receive a replacement/or Exchange. The item must be returned a paid standard shipping label will be emailed to the customer for the exchange. Express /Overnight shipping would not be an option unless paid for by the customer.

Any packages marked as delivered are Not Eligible to be reshipped or refunded unless items are sent back.
We are not responsible for delivery issues with the shipping carrier, such as items stating they have been delivered but have not arrived you must contact the UPS.
