Pre-ordered Bags will ship in 3-4 weeks this does not include weekends. if you happen to place a preorder along with an in-stock product these items will ship all together. We will not double ship items unless customer would like to pay for the additional shipping costs.

Damaged Claims:: If you receive a damage item/wrong item in the mail, we will request photos before sending out a paid return label to exchange or refund the item.
